Enjoyable Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a comfortable one-night stay in a spacious studio suite with a full kitchen. The location is ideal, close to shops and restaurants. However, a maintenance issue with the facilities was disappointing. Use Uber for rides instead of relying solely on hotel transport.

I had a terrible experience with housekeeping. My room was not cleaned properly, and I found trash left behind. Additionally, the noise from the nearby street was unbearable, keeping me awake at night.

My stay at Staybridge Suites was highly enjoyable. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. everyone I encountered was cheerful and accommodating. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully functional, which allowed me to focus on my work. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including healthy choices that catered to different diets. I particularly appreciated the assistance from the receptionist at check-in, who made the process seamless.

No pool on-site for relaxation.

I recently stayed here for 14 nights in a two-bedroom suite that was perfect for my family. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, which felt like a home away from home, and the breakfast buffet was just what we needed to start our days right. The cleanliness of everything was also impressive, but I did notice that the room photos were slightly misleading regarding the amenities, as it lacked some features we expected. Overall, I would consider staying here again despite the minor discrepancies.

I was impressed by the full-size kitchen setup, it made me feel right at home,, especially with an island to prep meals. Each morning, the breakfast was amazing,, they had fresh fruit and everything you could want to start your day right.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but still acceptable for the quality you get.

Surprise upgrade and warm smiles

We were welcomed with a room upgrade, which made our evening special. The breakfast was delightful, filled with options that kept our whole family happy. Thank you to the wonderful team!

However, finding the elevators after check-in was a bit confusing, as there weren’t clear directions. We spent some time wandering around before asking for help.
